Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience: Any (no prior experience required).
• Flexible schedule: Inspections assigned as needed with short notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Device Requirement: Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.
• PPE gear: Closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos to document progress on-site.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required; focus is on photo documentation.
