Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). This role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings, following evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

We offer paid training to help you obtain RBT certification and begin services with ongoing support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide training and support to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
