Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring behavior technicians to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. You’ll deliver 1-on-1 ABA support and help kids build daily living skills in a play-based setting, under supervision by a BCBA.

You’ll work with the same children consistently, making real progress in their home environment while receiving training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 aide, after-school programs, or caregiving) is required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon or evening availability is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
