Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-1 ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum in home-based settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and collect progress data, helping families apply strategies in daily life.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 treatment in home-based settings under supervision of BCBA/Lead therapist.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Train families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Support BCBA with supervision and guidance as needed.
