Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This role offers flexible part-time/evening hours and paid training to ensure you can confidently implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation is required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 treatment in home-based settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families with training on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Perform additional tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
