Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and support children with Autism at home or in community locations. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision, helping clients build skills and independence while maintaining accurate data records.

The role offers part-time engagement with flexible scheduling, opportunities to advance professionally through BCBA partnerships, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to our clients’ progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
