Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in their homes in Maricopa, AZ. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, helping develop daily living skills, communication, and independence through play-based ABA therapy under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
• ABA experience a plus!
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play‑based ABA techniques
• Follow simple step‑by‑step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (don’t worry — we train you how to do this)
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective — you're never doing this alone
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
