Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT/BT) to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. You’ll work in families’ homes, delivering 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, focusing on daily living skills, communication, and independence.

You’ll follow step-by-step treatment plans created by a BCBA, track progress with a simple data system, and team with supervisors to ensure consistent, meaningful progress while enjoying flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED para, 1:1 aide, or similar care roles).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability; weekends a plus.
• Reliable transportation; must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in homes using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow treatment plans created by supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress with a data system on phone or tablet (training provided).
• Collaborate with BCBA and fellow techs to stay consistent and effective.
