Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy in Chandler, AZ is hiring RBTs/BTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes during afternoon/evening hours. You’ll implement play-based ABA plans, track progress, and report to a BCBA supervisor.

This role focuses on real impact and flexible scheduling to fit your current job or school commitments. You’ll work consistently with the same children, helping them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence in familiar environments with training and

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
• ABA experience a plus!
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
