Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring Paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes around Phoenix (AZ). The role offers afternoon and evening hours in a flexible part-time schedule.

As an RBT/BT, you will implement play-based ABA, track progress, and work under a BCBA supervisor. The position supports career growth with paid RBT training and a path to certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ( autism ) or in SPED/Para roles preferred.
• Afternoon/evening availability a must (weekdays and some weekends).
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes to support daily living skills and communication.
• Follow treatment plans created by the BCBA and supervisor.
• Record progress using a simple data system on your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to maintain consistency across sessions.
• Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate small wins.
