Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc. in Andrews, SC is hiring part-time Crew Transport Drivers to shuttle railroad crew members between yards, hotels, and other destinations. You’ll drive a company-provided vehicle, do not need a CDL, and help keep trains moving with a flexible schedule.

Starting pay is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, with paid training. PTI provides the vehicle and fuel, plus benefits such as health plans, paid vacation, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members.
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center.
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time.
• Open and close vehicle doors and hatches for passengers.
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns.
