Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc. (PTI) in Chattanooga, TN is hiring part-time Crew Transport Drivers. Starting pay is $13.00–$14.00 per hour with shift differential for qualifying shifts.

You will transport railroad crew members in company-provided vehicles, with fuel paid for and training provided, on a flexible part-time schedule. Responsibilities include passenger safety, professional conduct, coordinating with the PTI Command Center, and ensuring timely trips. No CDL is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Must pass post-offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Be able to arrive at branch within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members.
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center.
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time.
• Open and close vehicle doors and hatches for passengers.
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns.
