Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc. in Crewe, VA is hiring part-time crew transport drivers to safely move railroad crew members between yards, hotels, and other stops.

You’ll operate a company-provided vehicle, earn $13.07 per hour, and gain access to shift differentials on qualifying shifts. No CDL required; training provided; flexible schedule; no heavy lifting; benefits include paid training, health plan options, 401(k), and opportunities to grow with the nation’s largest rail crew

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members.
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center.
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time.
• Open and close vehicle doors and hatches for passengers.
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns.
