Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities. You will support plasma center operations by interviewing donors, recording vital signs, and ensuring donor safety.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts typically 4–6 hours long. You'll work under the Plasma Center Manager, performing as a donor screener, handling donor information, and assisting with donor compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for center process improvements.
