Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is helpful.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on their needs while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
