Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is seeking a part-time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to support order picking, packing, and inventory control in a fast-paced grocery/fulfillment environment. You’ll work two shifts monthly, with onboarding and training shifts to ensure readiness, and you’ll coordinate with the Site Leadership Team to stay aligned with process changes and tools.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and accurate handling of goods, including refrigerated items.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders coming through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure customer substitutions are approved and accurate.
