Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart location is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick and pack orders via the app, stock and manage inventory and shelf life in a fast-paced store environment, and assist with warehouse organization.

You will also ensure customer substitutions are approved to delight customers and support on-time fulfillment. The role offers variable shifts, a two-shift-per-month minimum, and pay perks including a $2/hour premium for late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work with a team are essential.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders via the app, packing and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables, shelf-life awareness.
• Warehouse organization and clean-up duties.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight customers.
