DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and stock orders in a local store. You will rotate shifts every two weeks, with two shifts per month minimum, and complete onboarding with a training shift to set you up for success.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, with experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations. You must lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Delight customers by approved substitutions and accurate fulfillment.
