Job summary

DashMart, owned by DoorDash, is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick up shifts via our scheduling app. You will work at least one shift every two weeks, with two shifts per month, in a fast-paced grocery/fulfillment setting.

Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, inventory control, warehouse organization, and ensuring customer substitutions are approved. Benefits include sick time, wellness membership reimbursement, DashPass, and EAP; must lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Strong reliability and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app; hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
