Palomacares is seeking an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home infusion therapy to patients throughout the Dallas, Texas area.

The nurse will travel to patients' homes to deliver safe, high-quality infusion care in accordance with physician orders, pharmacy protocols, and agency policies, with flexible Part-Time / PRN scheduling and local travel within the Dallas–Fort Worth service area.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience.
• Competency in peripheral IV insertion and central-line care.
• Strong patient assessment, documentation, and education skills.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Smartphone and reliable internet access for scheduling and electronic documentation.
• Ability to meet applicable background, health-screening, and employment-compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics, hydration, and other prescribed therapies.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after each infusion.
• Initiate and manage peripheral IV access and care for vascular devices.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth service area for scheduled patient visits.
