Palomacares is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapy across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role requires travel to patients' homes to administer IV medications and other therapies, with flexible scheduling and a pay rate of $40-$50 per hour based on experience.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted Texas RN license and a current BLS/CPR certification, with at least 1 year of RN experience and strong assessment, documentation, and patient education

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Competency in peripheral IV insertion and central-line care.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Provide home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics, hydration, and other prescribed therapies.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after each infusion.
• Initiate and manage peripheral IV access and provide care for PICC lines, ports, and other vascular access devices.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Verify medication, dose, route, frequency, supplies, and orders before treatment.
• Travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth service area for scheduled patient visits.
