Job summary

Palomacares in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled home infusion therapy to patients in their homes. The RN will travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, delivering IV medications and specialty therapies in accordance with physician orders and agency policies.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RN license, current BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of RN experience (infusion/home care preferred).

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least 1 year RN experience; infusion/home care preferred.
• Ability to travel to patient homes and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide home infusion therapy and monitor patients.
• Perform IV access and manage lines.
• Document visits in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on procedures and safety.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and clinicians on changes.
