Curana Health is seeking a Physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities in a flexible, part-time role. You will lead clinical care, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while maintaining autonomy over your schedule and patient flow.

The role emphasizes geriatric care, complex decision making, and a model designed to restore physician autonomy and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by performing histories and physicals on new patients and routine rounding.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex visits and ensure clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care team to elevate outcomes.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient care.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in the facilities served.
• Embody Curana Health’s values as a clinical leader and ambassador in the communities.
