Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and building systems; report issues.
• Respond calmly to resident concerns and incidents, following escalation procedures.
• Document daily activities and incidents accurately.
