Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Brooklyn, NY. This part‑time role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts via our platform, potentially earning more across multiple sites.

Pay rate ranges from $18.35 to $19.35 per hour. The schedule includes DayTime and Sat 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, with duties spanning customer service, patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to campus community members and carry out security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, residences, parking facilities, grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with campus personnel or emergency services.
• Complete accurate reports and logs and communicate with supervisors.
