Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking part-time contract field inspectors to document residential construction progress. You will visit sites within 25 miles of Carthage, TX, take interior and exterior photos, and submit them via the Pruvan app for the report writing team.

This role offers flexible hours with 24–48 hour turnarounds, no report writing required, and the ability to work independently. A reliable vehicle and a smartphone or tablet are mandatory.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Inspections are assigned as needed with ~24–48 hours notice.
• Must have reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app; devices ≤5 years old.
• PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a safety vest are required.
• Physical ability to navigate uneven terrain and climb stairs during site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the smart phone app to provide an overview of on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
