Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Thomaston, GA area construction inspector on a contract basis. Inspectors will visit residential sites, capture on-site progress photos, and submit via the Pruvan app to support lenders.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours with rapid 24–48 hour turnaround on inspections and requires a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app. Training and equipment are aligned with project needs.

Qualifications

• No formal construction experience required.
• Ability to visit residential construction sites within local area.
• Must have reliable transportation and access to a mobile device with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of assigned properties using the Pruvan app.
• Submit photos to the report writing team via the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling clearly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
