Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to perform site inspections at residential properties within a 25 mile radius of the job location. You will use a smartphone app to photograph progress and submit images for reports, avoiding report writing.

This contract-based role offers flexible hours, independence, and the chance to earn by completing inspections on time. A reliable vehicle, PPE, and smartphone compatibility are required.

Qualifications

• Live within 25 mile radius of job location.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of all properties assigned through our smartphone app to provide a general overview of on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
