NWM Risk Management is seeking flexible, part-time inspectors to document residential construction progress via smartphone photos. You will visit sites within a 25-mile radius, capture images, and submit them for reports. No report writing is required; focus is on photo documentation and timely submissions.

The role emphasizes independence, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle 24–48 hour turnarounds. A background check may be required.

Qualifications

• This role requires no prior construction experience, but basic site awareness helps.
• Ability to travel to residential sites with a reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone or tablet must work with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (homes, townhomes, condos).
• Capture interior and exterior photos to document progress.
• Submit photos to the report writing team via the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections complete within 24–48 hours of assignment.
