Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling and ability to work on a per-project basis.
• Must live within 25 miles of job location.
• Good communication and photography skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites within designated area.
• Take interior and exterior photos with a smartphone app to document progress.
• Submit photos to report-writing team via app.
• Coordinate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
