Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Construction Inspector for on-site visits in Lenoir City, TN. This is a contract, 1099 position supporting our inspection workflow via a mobile app (Pruvan).

You will photograph sites and submit updates within 24–48 hours, with flexible hours and no report writing required. Requirements include reliable transportation, a compatible smartphone or tablet, PPE, and the ability to work independently from residential projects such as single-family homes and townhomes.

Qualifications

• No prior construction inspector experience required.
• Inspections assigned with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation required to travel to sites.
• Device must be a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app and no older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via smartphone app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
