Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contracted inspectors to photograph residential construction sites within a 25-mile radius of the job location. You will use the Pruvan mobile app to capture interior and exterior progress photos and submit them for reports.

This flexible, on-demand role requires reliable transportation and basic construction knowledge. Pay is a flat-rate contract, with payments processed after photos are approved.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; 24–48 h notice for inspections.
• Basic construction knowledge a plus.
• PPE gear required: hard hat not specified; safety vest, closed-toe shoes.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the Pruvan app for progress reports.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
