Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-on-1 behavioral health services in home-based settings. You will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2–15, during after-school hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15 during sessions.
