Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in Massachusetts. We offer a true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE with part-time, fee-for-service opportunities and a focus on helping children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related challenges.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide family trainings, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities/behavior challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.
• Availability to work mornings, after school, and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
• Up-to-date with best practices in ABA.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Access to laptop/CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians.
• Deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
• Complete documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
