Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA in Ringoes, NJ to provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings. The role offers hourly pay of $80–$95 based on experience, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical support.

You will work with families and children to develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans, ensuring data-driven progress and fidelity. NJ licensure and BCBA certification required.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, organizational, & communication skills.
• Comfortable providing supervision & mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Collaborative, compassionate, & committed to quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results & client needs.
• Conduct assessments & use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress & make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.

Educación

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
