Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Baltimore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end sub-same-day delivery station operations, overseeing inbound, sort, stage, and dispatch across multiple shifts.

You will coach a 50–100+ associate team, own staffing and labor allocation, drive on-time delivery and safety, and partner with planning, transportation, and workforce management to hit daily volume targets and SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily end-to-end delivery station operations including inbound, sort, stage, and dispatch across multiple shifts.
• Manage throughput and capacity planning to meet daily volume targets and CPT (Critical Pull Time) commitments.
• Drive on-time delivery performance, ensuring SLA adherence for sub-same-day and same-day delivery promises.
