Target on-demand team member position available in California. You can create a personalized schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app. The role focuses on delivering welcoming guest service, handling register interactions, and promoting Target services and loyalty programs.

As a Guest Advocate, you will engage with guests, solve issues, and work with the team to ensure a positive store experience. Training and orientation are provided to get you ready for daily duties.
