Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate in California. You will help guests, create a welcoming store experience, and support daily tasks while adapting to a flexible schedule with varying shifts.

As an On-Demand TM, you choose shifts via the myTime app and must respond promptly to scheduling needs. This role emphasizes guest service, loyalty enrollment, and a collaborative team environment.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and inquiries.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, complying with safety standards.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Explain Wallet features and other Target App offerings to guests.
• Handle returns per policy and escalate with leaders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies as required.
• Support OPU, Drive Up, and Registry guests and processes as needed.
