Job summary

New hires attend a Target Welcome orientation and follow a short-term training plan to prepare for responsibilities. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, assisting with needs, promoting loyalty programs, and delivering accurate service

Responsibilities

• Scan, bag, and handle guest items efficiently and accurately
• Explain and promote Target loyalty benefits and other in-store services
• Use the myTime app to pick up shifts that fit your schedule
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety policies
• Support order pickup, Drive Up, and registry guests as needed
