Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation or HR-related fields.
• Strong expertise in compensation program design and salary structures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering training and presenting complex information.
• Solid business acumen and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level consultative guidance on compensation programs and market pricing.
• Lead and manage compensation-related projects and analyses.
