Guidepost Montessori is seeking an on-call Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age classrooms (ages 0–6). No formal Montessori training required; training provided during orientation.

This flexible, part-time role helps maintain consistency when full-time teachers are out and offers a path toward full-time Assistant Teacher opportunities. You will join a warm, nurturing learning environment, collaborating with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency.
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups.
