Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an on-call Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms for ages 0–6. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation and onboarding.

As an on-call, as-needed role with flexible hours, you will step into classrooms as needed, assist with routines, and help maintain a warm, safe, engaging learning environment. This position often leads to opportunities to become a full-time Assistant Teacher, offering a doorway

Qualifications

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities
