Guidepost Montessori is seeking a friendly, dependable substitute teacher to support mixed-age classrooms (ages 0–6) on an on-call basis. Training will be provided during orientation; Montessori credentials are not required initially.

Qualifications

• TB test within 12 months or as required by school policy.
• Valid state background check (or eligibility).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency.
