Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across Georgia. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible schedules and options for part-time or full-time work, based on territory and availability.

Inspectors will assess property occupancy, photograph and document conditions, deliver notices, and verify utilities. Reports are completed through the InspectorADE mobile app, with ongoing communication to

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance to travel within your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) is required.
• Computer with internet access is required.
• Printer and basic office supplies may be needed.
• Ability to obtain a Shield ID.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
