This 1099 independent contract role offers flexible scheduling and local travel with a focus on occupancy checks and condition documentation. You will inspect occupied, vacant, and rural properties, photograph conditions, deliver notices, and complete reports via a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
