Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead, focusing on merchandising, brand education, and project execution across assigned stores.

The position requires flexible scheduling, occasional travel, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and customer service or sales experience are preferred.

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to additional locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and staff on features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead.
