Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and coordinate with the Market Sales Manager and Territory Sales Lead. You will build rapport with store personnel, educate on brand features, and ensure displays meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include merchandising, communicating progress and opportunities daily, and maintaining account aesthetics with accuracy. A high school diploma and ability to lift heavy objects are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to locations may be necessary.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk while performing duties.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers and store personnel on client brands and products.
• Execute merchandising tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate activity, opportunities and barriers to Territory Sales Lead daily.
• Proficient use of handheld devices for day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
