Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for long-term care opportunities in Canal Winchester, OH. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

We are seeking dependable, experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and can quickly and confidently adapt to new facility environments.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (OH or Compact) with current CPR/BLS.
• At least 1 year of LTC experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsabilités

• Record patient data and vital signs in EMR Matrix.
• Administer meds and treatments per orders and policies.
• Monitor health status and report changes promptly.
• Provide direct nursing care and support within scope.
• Assist with assessments and care plan implementation.
• Document meds, treatments, observations, and responses.
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and staff.
• Communicate with residents, families, and providers.
• Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Escalate concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
