Elite Medical Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for long-term care assignments in Newark, OH. Per diem opportunities with flexible shifts (6p-6a, 6p-10p) offer competitive pay at $32/hour and the chance to pick shifts that fit your availability.
Ideal candidates are dependable, with at least 1 year of LPN experience, and capable of adapting to new facilities. Benefits include weekly pay and quick onboarding.
Formación
- Active OH LPN license or Compact LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Experience in long-term care setting preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening
Responsabilidades
- Record patients’ medical information and vitals in EMR MATRIX
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and policy
- Monitor resident health and report changes promptly
- Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice
- Assist with assessments and care-plan implementation
- Document medications and responses accurately
- Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and other team members
- Communicate with residents, families, and providers
- Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance
