Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiate lifesaving measures if needed.
• Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of your LPN license.
• Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications and medical supplies.
• Perform administrative duties like completing medical forms and charting.
• Report occupational exposures in accordance with policies.
